Author you’ve read the most books from:
Sitta Karina for Indonesian author and Sarah Dessen for foreign author. I've read at least 11 Sitta Karina's books and 5 Sarah Dessen's books. Ok, I've read 7 books of Harry Potter by JK Rowling but lets consider them as 1 because they are series.
Best Sequel Ever:
Actually I love all The Joshua's Files' by MG Harris. But the 4th book, The Dark Paralle,l is the best.
Currently Reading:
The Truth about Forever by Sarah Dessen. Just started...
Drink of Choice While Reading:
Just water.. I actually forgot to drink while I was reading.
E-reader or Physical Book?
Currently, physical. But I'm planning to buy an android so that I can install an e-reader software there. I always bring books to wherever I go and sometimes I feel it's a bit heavy.
Fictional Character You Probably Would Have Actually Dated In High School:
Maybe Tyler from Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally. He's so sweet.
Glad You Gave This Book A Chance:
Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly. I bought it just because I had a voucher from this book store called Books & Beyond and the due date was near. I was really clueless in what to buy when I saw the book. And I love the story so much!
Hidden Gem Book:
A Match Made in High School by Kristin Walker. I just thought "ah I want something fun to read" when I decided to buy this book (with The Book Depository voucher). Apparently, this book had managed to surprise me by its unpredictable ending and I enjoyed every moment I read it. It's hilarious.
Important Moment in your Reading Life:
I think it was when my mother bought me this children encyclopedia series "Mengapa Begini, Mengapa Begitu" when I just entered elementary school. I loved reading the books so much I couldn't stop reading them. They were so interesting especially the one about dinosaurs. Until now, I still can remember some of the dinousaurs' name like brachiosaurus, triceratops, pteranodon, stegosaurus, archaeopteryx etc.
Just Finished:
Moonglass by Jessi Kirby. And I haven't written a review of it. I think I have to start it soon.
Kinds of Books You Won’t Read:
Biography or Autobiography of a person who hasn't dead yet. Most of them are writing only good side about themselves.
Longest Book You’ve Read:
Sam Po Kong by Remi Silado maybe.. Or Harry Potter (which one is the thickest?). I didn't count the amount of pages but I remember both were so heavy.
Major book hangover because of:
Have never had it. Really.
Number of Bookcases You Own:
1 only if you don't count the bookcase for my law books, dictionaries, etc.. I regularly sell and donate my novels so.. yeah.. 1 bookcase only.
One Book You Have Read Multiple Times:
Julia Quinn's Romancing Mr. Bridgerton. Love Colin and Penelope.
Preferred Place To Read:
Bedroom
Quote that inspires you/gives you all the feels from a book you’ve read:
"So many things become beautiful when you really look" - Lauren Oliver, Before I Fall.
Reading Regret:
Regret buying it? It's Delirium from Lauren Oliver. I don't understand why people praise the book so much I even couldn't finish it. And sadly, I already bought Pandemonium and now I don't know whether I have to buy Requiem too or not.
Series You Started And Need To Finish(all books are out in series):
Hex Hall by Rachel Hawkins. I haven't bought the last book, Spellbound. But I don't know. Have lost my mood to read it..
Three of your All-Time Favorite Books:
Julia Quinn's Romancing Mr. Bridgerton, Ronggeng Dukuh Paruk (The Dancer) by Ahmad Tohari, and Pesan dari Bintang by Sitta Karina.
Unapologetic Fangirl For:
YA contemporaries??
Very Excited For This Release More Than All The Others:
Racing Savannah by Miranda Kenneally. I love her Catching Jordan and Stealing Parker but a bit disappointed by Things I Can't Forget. But a story about a girl who rides a horse seems interesting.
Worst Bookish Habit:
Reading while lying on the bed?
X Marks The Spot: Start at the top left of your shelf and pick the 27th book:
Refrain by Winna Efendi.
Your latest book purchase:
Out of Play by Jolene Perry and Nyrae Dawn.
ZZZ-snatcher book (last book that kept you up WAY late):
I forgot. I usually stay awake until midnight because of the internet, or movies, not books.
So that's my A-Z Bookish Survey. What's yours?
